About the Organisation
Drug Free Sport NZ (DFSNZ) is a crown entity with the responsibility to implement and apply the World Anti-Doping Code in New Zealand.  Our mission is to work with the New Zealand sporting community and to ensure all levels of New Zealand sport is clean and drug free.
 
Your role – Chaperone
Your role will be to; notify athletes of their selection for doping-control, chaperone the athletes until the test mission is complete and to witness the passing of the sample (from the athlete).
You will be working under the guidance of other contract staff, in particular the Doping Control Officer (DCO). The work is very part time and most work will occur after hours and on weekends. However, if you are available mid-week and during the day, then there will be more opportunities for you. The work is paid by the hour.
 
Payment
Minimum of $60.00 call out fee but the longer you work per session the more you get paid. The hourly rate after the first hour is $15.00 per hour. You get paid $0.60 per km after the first 50kms of driving. You also receive $12.00 per hour for travel time after the first hour of travel. Most work sessions will be around 2 hours or more
